Continental United States

All orders are normally shipped via USPS.

Shipping and Handling will be added to your order as follows:

There is a minimum S&H charge of $8.00 on all orders shipped

to an address in the continental US

 
1. If your order totals $300 or less, add 10% for S&H charges

2. If your order totals $301 to $1,000 add 8% for S&H charges.

3. If your order totals $1,001 or more, add 6% for S&H charges.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, US Virgin islands,

Puerto Rico and Guam

Add 15% of order total for S&H

 There is a minimum S&H charge of $14.75
 on all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii,
 Canada, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.
 
 Customers are responsible for all applicabe duties and taxes.

 Professionals who meet Reitan Labs Qualifcation

Guildline should register with Reitan Labs online to

complete the Qualification Form and establish a password.

Qualification Form with your order.

All orders from individuals or private

practice must include prepayment by check or

money order or be charged to a credit card

(Visa, MasterCard or American Express)

Purchase orders

 We accept purchase orders only from institutions.

Purchase orders must include a bill-to address, a ship-to address

and a purchase order number. Term are net 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Institutions may also elect to pay for there orders with a credit card.

Cancellation of an Order

 Cancellation of orders must be made in writing prior

to shippment of the materials.

Orders canncelled after shippment or returned to the seller

will be assessed a 15% handling and restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase date.

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned items.
 

When to Expect your order

Orders are generally processed within three days of receipt.

Depending upon the method of shippment, your order should

arrive within three weeks of the date it was sent.
